Our Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity, transparency, and fairness for all travelers. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your tour. By booking with us, you agree to the conditions outlined below.


Cancellation Policy

Tour payments form an essential part of our operational budget and contribute to costs such as equipment, logistics, staffing, administration, and other tour-related expenses. As most expenses are incurred before the tour begins, cancellation fees are required to cover these costs.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit
  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your booking, the following tour cancellation fees will apply:

  • 30 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit
  • 15–29 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost*
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost*
  • 6 days or fewer before departure: 80% of the tour cost*
  • 48 hours or fewer before departure: 100% of the tour cost*

* Or the deposit amount, whichever is greater.

Tailor-Made Tours

Customized or tailor-made tour packages may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who completed the booking form.
Please email your cancellation request to your assigned Company contact, with a copy to:

No Refund After Tour Commencement

Once the tour has started, no refund will be provided for:

  • Unused services
  • Missed activities
  • Early departure
  • Voluntary itinerary changes

Any decision to modify or leave the tour early will be at your own cost and responsibility, and you must provide written notification to the tour operator explaining your reasons.


Refund Policy

In circumstances where a tour or any part of it cannot proceed due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or unforeseen events), the Company is not obligated to provide a refund.

However, at its sole discretion, the Company may offer a refund based on several factors, including:

  • Number of participants
  • Supplier cancellation policies (hotels, transportation, etc.)
  • Overall financial impact

The Company’s decision regarding the refund amount will be final and binding.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) require 15 to 45 days to process, depending on the complexity of the case.

No Refund for Unused Services

There will be no refund for any unutilized services, such as:

  • Meals
  • Entrance tickets
  • Optional tours
  • Hotel nights
  • Transportation
  • Sightseeing activities

This applies regardless of the reason for non-utilization.

Refund Method

For bookings made directly with the Company, refunds (if any) will be processed through:

  • NEFT / RTGS
  • Crossed cheque
  • Credit card reversal (subject to Company approval)

Please allow up to 45 days for refunds to reflect in the client’s account.

Advance Bookings

For services booked in advance and canceled according to policy, refunds will be returned via the original payment method, minus cancellation fees and any applicable bank charges. This process takes 15 to 45 days.

Credit Certificate Option

Clients may choose to receive the refund amount as a credit certificate, which can be used for future bookings within 24 months.
